    Excellent Morning,

The following review is not regarding the Ayr product. It is about my last order.

I order one product and indication that it was under $25. It indicated that at $25 or greater I would get free shipping. Well I order an additional product that brought the total over $25. To my supprise the second product (hand cream) was shipped from a seperated location (Toys

something). As such I was charged 2 shipping charges. I greatly over paid for the second product when considering shipping. I am sure that some where in you information over load order sheet it stated a different location. When I order online I like it simple. Perhaps less info on a page and more pages is the answer regarding the order form procedure.

Bottom line I will probably not order again from your firm. I believe you have failed being upfront and honest in a way that I don’t have to read the fine print.

    Regards,

    Martin Ludwig, Ph.D.

P.S. Even this review is loaded with so much other information.

This stuff burns and then you sneeze flinging the gel out of your nose. The best thing is just to pack vaseline up your nose.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars was that the gel could be a small thicker.

It’s amusing… I was just thinking that saline spray would be far more convenient in a gel form, just a month before I learned this product on the store shelf. I live in a desert and this stuff is fantastic for the dry, dry air. Unlike regular saline sprays which evaporate practically on contact, this gel stays moist for nearly an hour and is easily remoistened with a quick squirt of regular saline spray (which Ayr makes in a bottle that has a fantastic tip). I use it just inside my nostrils, where the dry air does the most hurt. No more cracked, ouchy insides! I’ve also found that my sinus passages are less dry and considerably less irritated when I use the gel on a semi-regular basis. I’m guessing that’s the aloe?

I was place off by the stiff asking price of this product but for me it really is worth the cost. One tube has lasted me for several months now, and I use it practically every day, sometimes several times a day. That’s probably the next best thing: Because it’s saline and aloe, you can use it as much as you want. That’s why I’m still giving this product 5 stars, despite the price.
