   Psychologically beneficial the first few days. Still unsure if it really works or I just reckon it does. But one thing I’m certain of, it doesn’t work as stated.
   
   Would I buy it again? No.

   This works better than nothing, although my husband says it’s uncomfortable. It doesn’t toally eliminate snoring, but it seems to stop it for long enough for me to fall asleep.

   Seems to work well. Was able to beath simpler–not sure if it stopped the snoring. Will know more when my husband uses his Nasal Dilator.
