I have been on CPAP machine for 10 months now and have struggled to use my cervical pillow with the full face mask. I used the edge of the pillow and woke up often because the mask was displaced. The first night I used this new pillow I slept all night without being awakened by the mask displacement!! And this pillow provides the support that my chiropractor recommends for my neck. It is worth the money!! Just a note, the chemical smell of the product goes away in less than a week; I temporarily covered it with a pillow case.

I have learned that not all memory foam is made equal. I have some pillows that never soften up and remain hard as a rock no matter what the temperature is or how long I have been laying on it. I have another one that I like that has just the right level of softness with support.
I bought this pillow because I wanted something that would not make my CPAP mask shift and chose it because it was memory foam. This is certainly the type of memory foam that never softens up. It is like sleeping on a box.
The cover of the pillow is not soft and not something you would want to place your face on so you are going to want to use a pillow case — this basically renders the straps to hold the hose useless (of course, even if you could use those, if you ever sleep on both sides during the same night, I don’t see how you could do that without completely reconfiguring your pillow/hose placement).
There is nice support at your neck. But, the thing that struck me is how small (width-wise) this pillow is. I reckon that is necessary in order for there to be room for the mask. But, even a standard pillow case will be HUGE on this. In addition, since it is so small, if you sleep with your elbow bent and your hand resting by your head, you’ll find the tube resting on your hand which is cold and ripply and not very cozy. But, if you get CozyHoze CPAP – BiPAP Hose Cover / Case (6 foot), then that problem will be solved.
Is this pillow worth over 100 bucks? I’m sure it cost A LOT LESS to make. But, it probably is one of the better pillows out there and there aren’t that many available soooo it depends on how much of a problem you are having with mask displacement due to a regular pillow. Again, compared to the overall cost that you have invested in your CPAP system/masks etc, it is worth it to me in the long run… Just wish it was not quite as hard as it is…

Overall, I still reckon it is ok but just be aware that you aren’t going to be using it
